The Celtic New Year is nearly upon us.
Tis the time when we open our homes
and share with our ancestors and spirits of the past, the harvest from the fields and the music and warmth in our hearths.

Merry Samhain a chairde, agus bheith fada

Och well lace....magic is in the heart and soul of the believer.....I can relate to the cat pee comment...I've got seven cats....and no matter how often you change their litter boxes....they still insist on using the carpet....and well...just about e'erything else...but we can't very well throw 'em outside 'cause the coyotes would have them for breakfast ....Yikes! (lost my fav. cat Mina to a cougar a few years back :( Anyway...enough mew talk for moi.......Have you tried setting out any little ditties for them fae folk?

Magic is not IN the heart and soul of the believer ... it IS the heart and soul.

Okay...well I stand corrected once more.....One's faith is the very essence of their being....as far as the 'och' word goes..which admittedly I overuse....'tis 'oh'....only I spell it that way 'cause that's how I pronounce it.....sorry for my strange ways y'all....Och well *S* Now let's get back to the subject of Samhain shall we......?

May this New Year bring to us all:

An end to:

Politics in the guise of Religion

Religion in the guise of Politics

and

The bloody conflicts which are the result
of both
