Hi all
Well here it is only 2 more sleeps before we head off into the wild blue yonder. First stop on our whistle stop tour is Holland, where we will be visiting hubby's cousin.
Im very excited but anxious as well. I'm hoping it will be uneventful world wise but life is for living *S*

Hi gang
Sorry took so long to put in a post but couldnt get access to the puter in HOlland. Had a fabulours whistle stop tour of the 3 major cities. Saw windmills and canals and heaps of bikes. Was wonderful. Good flights and managed not to get frisked in Frankfurt altho it was a close call. We Australians obviously looked suspicious.
We are now in Canada and so far it looks great. Its great to see our friends again and we are heading off to Niagara falls in the next couple of days.
Hopefully I'll be able to keep in touch a bit more now.

Well have seen Niagara Falls and they are pretty specky!Got
soaked on the Maid of the Mist. Niagara on the lake was vey
pretty. Today we are in Toronto. The CN Tower glass
observation floor was too much for this aussie sheila. But the
view is fantastic. Walked our legs off and explored the St
Lawrence market. Life is civilised coz in this hotel Ive got internt
access *S* Tomorrow its going to cool off so itsthe subway and
the ROM.

Im sitting here looking out the window at snow falling *BCG* amazing..Thanksgiving here and its snowing..its nice to see the weather go all our for us.

Well here I am back in Margaret River, suffering huge reality check lol
Quebec city was fabulous. Was interesting hearing French all around. The train trip was cool if very long.*S*
Spent the last few days up north at Notawasaga Bay. YEp that lake sure looks like an ocean to me *S*

Realising I WAS in Holland, Canada, LA
Standing outside while snow was falling..a bit hit for a lil West Aussie girl..
Standing in woods surrounded by fall colour.
Walking along great lake.
Rides at Disneyland *G*
Getting upgraded to Business class from Sydney to Perth *g* I was exhausted.
Worst...um..not really any worst...jetlag this week maybe *G*
Most unexpected...*LOL*
Amsterdam public toilets with see through doors until you lock the door.
Finding out I REALLY LIKE rollercoasters..ie disneyland *G*
Sydney harbour bridge is really quite big..much bigger than photos make it look.
Where would I go again?
Anywhere...*G* if someone else paid..but would love to see more of Canada..BC prolly or Maritimes
Germany looked pretty from the air.
I have always had the travel bug..will now just have to cope with the constant itch *S*
and the huge urge to come visit all of you *S*
