I am a high school student in New York state. I am working on a project on what my teacher calls "medieval Ireland." My report is based on a book which is set in AD 665 in the kingdom of Muman. If anyone can help me with information it would be appreciated. Leave a response here or you can email me at Pooh2491@aol.com.
Thank you!

"Suffer Little Children: A Sister Fidelma Mystery"
Is this the book you are studying?
The kings of the Munster "Decries" were called the "King of the Deisi-Muman".
The following link is quite a good visual reference with extracts from "The Annals of the Four Masters" You can get an idea of locations.
Hope it gets you started anyway.

Here's a request for info that came into my site from a teacher.
What would a 7th century monk called Braden have been called? I assume Brother Braden in English, but what would he be called in Irish?
Can anyone help our intepid educator? Thanks---
