The Spam
This is the email including headers:
It's classic stuff.
Someone on a dial-up connection to dialinx.net (Genuity), forging a Yahoo address and abusing a service in Belgium to spamvertise a website.
Spammers are sociopaths. They have a complete contempt for society, for other people's resources. They will happily abuse an improperly protected mailserver in a hospital, a school or a business. They spew millions of unwanted emails at no cost to themselves.
People with whom I have discussed this spam were universally disgusted by it. None of them were surprised by it.
Like most spams, the email does not in itself identify the spammer, SO:
